Coach Ziyad Maricar is a certified Performance and Business Coach since 2008. Over the years, he has coach over thousands of business owners in Malaysia in various industry to accelerate their business growth using the CODE 5 methodology that he created.
Started back in 2008 when he become the youngest ActionCOACH franchisee in Malaysia when he was 25 years old upon completion of his MBA from Multimedia University. From then on, he continue to develop his skills and knowledge to become the coach that he is today.
Ruben Thanapalasingam is highly skilled as a Trainer-Lecturer and a Quality, Compliance & Safety Management professional with 32 years working experience of which, 14 years in Aviation Quality Assurance and Safety Management. His career experiences include being Head of Quality for Airbus Helicopters Malaysia and Quality Assurance Inspector & Aircraft Engineer with Malaysia Airlines.
An effective Lecturer-Trainer with sound communication & presentation skills and has attended Train-the Trainer course. His training experience and forte includes delivering training programmes for Management & Leadership, Communications, Human Factors, Crisis Management, Soft-skills, Quality & Safety and Organisational Procedural Courses.
He has completed his MBA (London) International Business program, is a Graduate Engineer (Aeronautical) with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and is a Certified NLP Coach.
