While the majority of family business owners would like to see their business transferred to the next generation, it is estimated that 70% will not survive into the 2nd generation and 90% will not make it to the 3rd generation. Succession planning is a process for identifying and developing people from inside the organization with the potential to fill key business leadership positions in the organization. Succession planning increases the availability of experienced and capable employees that are prepared to assume these roles as they become available. What we focus: 1. Conduct a 360 feedback on the potential successor candidate 2. Identify the GAPS in leadership 3. Leadership coaching 4. Support in the business development under new leadership 5. Assist in the change management.
